[Resolved] Fashion And You — Refund of the product more than 2 months

The worst website i have ever shopped .. its been two months still the refund is not done .. i really wanna know as to why take so long .. i have called the customer care and every time they say it will be done is 3 -5 working days and now its been 2 months - this is the order no :[protected] placed on 31/03/2016 and the same was returned within 3 . .. the product was cancelled and no notification was also done . customer service is really bad no proper response from them . dont know as to why these website actually exist.. i really want to know what are they doing with my money .

they need to refund my money which more than 2 months pending, , the company has not mailed or called untill date, , , every time i call up customer care i dont get a proper response from them ..kindly request you to take necessary actton to get my money back

I have order bra set but i have recived only 1 bra and teh quality is worst than anything. i want to return this but no where i am able to find this website and link to return the product.
