Fashion Clues — I am victim of fraud call

On[protected], i received call from fashionclues person that i am selected for assured gift. To avail this offer i have to shop for rs.3000 & then gift will get confirmed.
On next day i. E wednesday[protected], i again received call from fashionclues person that i have won prize money & to avail this offer i have to pay processing fee rs. 19000 &
I paid the amount through paytm thier paytm no. Is [protected] and [protected]. When i called them for my winning prize, they again said to pay me another service tax amount of 16000. But i denied to pay & said to refund my amount. But now they are saying that they have to go through some cancellation procedure they are still not giving me perfect answer. & also not even receiving my calls.
Now, i am definitely sure that i am victim of fraud call.
I have all proofs against them (Messages and transaction details). Please look into this matter and if possible, help me to recover my money. Plz help me their are many contect no that ([protected], [protected], [protected])
