Fashion Fiona — saree and salwar material | |||||
I ordered a banarasee saree and two banaras suit materials from Fashion Fiona on Jan3. I received the product on Jan9th. I paid Rs.1700 via credit card. On retrospect I must have opened the product to check and then paid. What I received was three bundles of low-quality stuff. I tried reaching out to FashionFiona to see if there was a return process, but the website was no more. THIS WEBSITE DOES NOT EXIST message with a phone number and an email showed up. The phone went unanswered. I sent them an email asking for return process and refund, no response yet. I now see many complaints against the merchant on consumercomplaints. I ordered a blue colour Kurt on fashionfiona.in . Today when I received the product, the product was different and of very cheap quality.
I request to kindly look and get the refund of my product and also file a case of fraud against the company so that other people does not come under this scam.
