Fashion Fiona — wrong product of sarees

My self Alka KAushik from Ghaziabad and placed order through on vis order no Order #35644 (January 20, 2018).
I received a packet from your side today but in this packet different saree not whose when I order. The consignment no of this
packet is AWB No.[protected]. This received material just low standrad. Kindly replaced it through my select material
other return my amount.
My selected Material is Banarasi Silk material – Pink & Golden- 010 and Fantastic Saree for women – 020.
I paiy for the packet 1170/-
The mobile number printed on the packet is temporary out of service.
PLEASE RESOLVE THIS MATTER IMMEDIATELY.
