Hi, I have ordered 1 banarasi silk saree (Banarasi silk material - orange & purple-002). Invoice number - fao 11052. Order amount rs. 633.00. I got the delivery of this product on dec 27th, got completely different very cheap quality sarees I did not get the customer care no for this to complain and return the product. This is the way they are cheating their customers. I have attached pictures of what i have ordered and the what i have received. Seller: mail id - cs. [protected]@gmail.com. Return address: 56, ganga park, yogi road, chikuvadi, varachha, surat, surat - 395010 Except these two things i could not find any thing more on my shipping address slip. Please help in this regard. I have ordered the silk orange saree early this week but they have sent me a different cheap material saree which is not worth of 630/-.
There are no details mentioned about the seller.

Similar thing has happened to me as well. I had ordered 3 sarees in https://finelinesaree.in/. . However i received other cheap sarees. Even i dont have anything other than some fake gmail id.

Both of our Ids and Return address are same.. But ordered sites were different.. May be they are trying to make money through these sites ...I got this delivery from DelhiVery person.. I asked that courier person for the No. of customer care...but he is not interested to provide the information...May be those websites are tying up with these courier services...
