I tried booking an hotel form yatra..my money got deducted but there was not booking done..

I had booked a Hotel in Nainital on 3rd August and canceled it on 4th August. As per their refund criteria, I should have got the refund in 2-3 hours. It has been more than 3 days, and I haven't got my money back. The chat box on the app doesn't reply properly and customer care number is either INVALID or NOT ANSWERING. Pathetic Service @yatra
