    I had booked a Hotel in Nainital on 3rd August and canceled it on 4th August. As per their refund criteria, I should have got the refund in 2-3 hours. It has been more than 3 days, and I haven't got my money back. The chat box on the app doesn't reply properly and customer care number is either INVALID or NOT ANSWERING. Pathetic Service @yatra

    Got a mail from Yatra, stating that public banks may take 7 days for the transaction to reflect in the account. Waiting for the same.

      I am Mr. Raafid Shaikh, your client who had recently experienced the Package vacation of Delhi to Manali from your tour Sampuran Yatra. Very regretfully and disheartenedly i am writing this to you. The pain and the displeasure I have been through with you guys, is unexplainable. I always wanted to go out with my wife as i am newly married but the pathetic experience from you guys made me feel so embarrassed i can't describe.

      My journey started on 17th June, 2022 with your package to Manali from there to Solang valley and Manali- Naggar - castle and from Manali to Delhi by Volvo. My sales executive was Anjana Ghaolta

      The driver took us and on first day and left us there and didn't come to pickup as he was assigned to us for the day time he said his superiors asked him to get the pickup done for other people by leaving us there all alone. We called him to come and pickup but he said "Mujhe time lagega aaplog thoda bahar chalte hue aoo" there was no washroom and the evening hour we were scared and to a unknown place where we couldn't know where to go. That day itself i understand how your "Sampuran yatra" working by making people fool and taking money.

      The driver always asks for more money "warna isse aage mai nahi jaunga" he keep saying. I have kept my coordinator Ms. Anjana Ghalta informed about the incident but she couldn't help only acknowledging the problem we have been facing. The coordinator of the driver had given me hard times, was rude and arrogant, including the drivers were harsh to us. I have been asked to pay extra every moment as if we never came for a tour. We are in jail for 4 - 5 days.

      The Ankit palace hotel where we stayed was the scary one. The washrooms were not cleaned, no staff to provide room service. If we ask for something they give us after 7- 8 hrs. I requested Mr. Raj the caretaker or the manager of the place he was pathetically rude and misbehaved person with us by telling ab "aap nikjao hotel se warna paisa do extra" Why the ### you guy shave tied up with such a bloody contractors of vehicle management and the hotel management. The tourist will not be safe or satisfied with such people around. and I want a strict action to be taken against them. I know not just me, many must have faced this problem with your tour but i wont keep my MOUTH SHUT. I will share this wherever i can on social platforms, in my CONTACTs in Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad and everywhere on social media. U all f3ck my image in front of my wife that i booked so ghatiya tourism ill make sure u all pay for this.

      The displeasure and horrible experiences we have faced. We have shared this with our friends and CONTACTs and we will make sure this unpleasant feedback o[censored]s will reach as high and to many people. I want a call from the Owners and compensation for the same as we have been through the worst time of our life.

      Higher level people are just sitting enjoying things with no positive impact jst fooling CUSTOMERs.

        sir, my name is aman shokeen in dec month 2013, i have an call call by the behalf of yatra maker.. they give me credit card and bonous card. they told me you get it on if you are register in yatra maker and the registration fees is 7999 rupees.the employee name is rohan .and customer care number is [protected] and [protected] . so that's way on 21december, 2013 in 6:00pm on my badoda bank debit card i pay the amount of 7999 rupees. but recently i can not get my card and any other paper and if we can call the customer care they can abuse me and not pick my phone please give my money back other wise i call police and conscumer court .. do something

          Adding to the below complaint which I filed yesterday could you please make sure that they take their package back and return my money because they provided me incorrect information about the gift coupons and the product . I got a call from one of the marketing executive in the month of DEC about Yatra Makers Premium product who informed that I'll get ( a pair of shoes. food coupon, gift coupon, money saving card - which I can use anywhere and in any store, travel coupon, cash reimbursement coupon). However, called in after a week to cancel it before the shipment was in transit. I spoke to Navin Tiwary on the number [protected] and he informed me that I can't cancel as long as things promised are in the shipment. Moreover, he promised me that he will convert the amount into 24 months EMI which he didn't. When asked about the web address of money saving card, he said you'll find it in the shipment. I realized something is fishy out here and immediately called my bank to check if the transaction has been claimed. They confirmed that the Merchant has already claimed it. As per Navin's instruction, I can use the Loyalty Card anywhere I want, however as per the website and instructions I can use it only at a particular store. Most of the stores listed in the Website are Delhi based. I hardly find anything in Bangalore. Inspite of me checking things twice with Navin, he gave me wrong information about the loyalty card and to claim each of the gift coupons i need to pay Rs 200 and that to in the specified time (which was not discussed with me on the call) . I even asked him to provide the name of the Card and the website address so that I can look at it. He told me that it is a money saving card and never provided the web address. I called him twice or thrice regarding the same and he kept on saying you'll get it with the package but never gave me proper information about the loyalty card. I have spoken to Jaisri on the number [protected] regarding the same and she asked me to send a mail. I did so on 27th of DEC and she confirmed me back saying she will look in to this issue and need some time. It is almost 10 days now and I haven't got any reply from her nor she is responding to my mails or calls. would request you to please look in to this issue.

            Unfortunately, I haven't received any mail or a call from Yatra makers. More over these guys are different from yatra makers India pvt. ltd. Their actual website is www.yatramakers.in and people who are involved are Navin Tiwary - [protected] and Jaisri - [protected].

            I got a call from [protected] on 19th FEB from Yatra Makers and they told me that they will reverse my money in 15 days and deactivate the
            Package. Till data I haven't got any reversal nor I got any communication from them. Whenever I try to reach them they neither respond to my call nor my Email. Could you please look into this as it has been more than 2 months.
