Fashionothon, com is a fraudicious site which is targetting people fron different states of country so that their faud cannot be a big issue at one state.
im guruprasad from hyderabd, telanaga received a call from this fraud site FASHIONOTHON on 21/07/2017 .
initially wishing me on my birth day since that was my birthday then congratulation me for winnig a Renault Kwid car and a assured gift saying that i have been selected for the recent online shopping i have done.
then after asking for 10000 rupees as a security deposits and after 55000 as generation of id, nominee registration, bank enquier, taxes to be paid all in all i have paid around 65000 rupees..
they have cheated me i paid money burrowing from my friends
now when i questioned regarding contest which is to be held on 14th august 2017 they started abusing saying that do whatever you want to do you can do no one can pluck even a single hair o[censored]s.
people MR.PANKAJ/ RIYA VERMA AND ANKIT i told them i believe you and im payng you and if you are unable to ful fill it i will have no option left ...
now they are sayng we dont give you anything they sent some waste products a refurbished laptop and some diamonds sorry some stones of 1000 worth when i question they are telling i have sent you eevry thingggg...
they are fraud people they cheated meee

After complain register, again i got call from fashionothon.com and say if you was resolve mark your complain then we will give your money back. I was no option that time, so, i agree that condition. But again fashionothon.com fraude with me, and played with my emotion. And sent some waste product. That is refurbished laptop, slipper, stones, shoe, and price markd as some total 39999/-.
I called again the fashionothon, and requestely please refund my money or send me good stuff, back in reply mr. Pankaj misbehave me in loudly, and used filthy language. And finally say your money will not be refunded. Please help he.

I got a call on 18 july 17 from fashionothon n he told me to buy a special combo for 3999/- i tried to refuse but he continuously insisted n said that i[censored] pay now u get samsung 50" tv/oppo a37/nikon coolpixa10/bluetooth smart watch, i paid the amount. Den he said we will ship ur products today itself. But nt shifted, after one day i got a call from another member called riya verma. She said based on ur last payment we are giving one more offer n ur nominated for kwid car i[censored] pay now i will give u 110 percent guarantee that u will get a kwid car.. I[censored] pay now i will close the file now n we will have an event for this award in ur city n in the nearest mall. I believed n paid 20000/-. Then again mr. Pankaj called to pay another 30000/- as a security amount& doucument verification. I said i don't have money to pay, please cancell my name, and refund my amount 2399/-, mr. Panakj say very loudly, i don't have returned ur money, and contineously forcing finally i said i can't pay that much amount. Finally mr. Pankaj say please pay 15000/- its ur final amount & rest amount company will be pay. Then ur process is to be completed, handover ur kwid car prize, but in same day evening miss. Riya sharma call me pay another 15000/- amount. I said what is this?? Please cancell my name & refund my amount. But not response. I paid 39000 n cheated, please help me -[protected]

This company totaly fraud and they cheat with customers i am also facing problem with them. Company executive provide wrong information and colleting money with tricks and company not giving me purchas product and refund also. I am gating fraud of rs 3999. I am advice to ordinary indians to do not receive any call of this type of companyes and callers.

मुझे 7 जुन 2O16 को फेशनऔथोन से कॉल आया जिस मे मुझे बोला गया की आपको हमारी कम्पनी की ओर से सेमसंग की 5Oइंच टीवी मिलेगी जिसकेलिए आपको 4OOO की पेमेंट करनी होगी जिसके आपको Zebronic का स्पीकर और फिटनस बेंड आयोगा तो मेन 4OOO की पेमेन्ट दो बार मे 1999, 1999 की पेमेन्ट की और मुझे बोला गया की आपके Zebronic का स्पीकर और फिटनस बेंड 12 जुन तक आ जायेगा
11 को फिर से कॉल आ यी जिसमे रूबी नाम की लड़की बोली उन्होने कहा आपको Ride india Contest मे firsT prize RenaulT Kwid कार मिलेगी जिसके लिए आपको 2OOOकी शॉपिंग करनी होगी मेने मना कर दिया तो उन्होने पहले वाला प्रोडक्ट रोक दिया और 17 को फिर से कॉल आया तो मेने 2OOO का पेमेन्ट किया तो चार दिन बाद प्रोडक्ट मिला
जैसा कि फेशनऔथोन वालो ने बोला था कि आपको साथ मे TV मिलेगा लेकिन नही मिला तो मेने 21 जुन को फेशनऔथोन मे कॉल किया तो कम्पनी वाले बोले आपको prize रिटर्न आ गया है जो हम आपको वापस भेज देंगे जो5 से 6 दिन मे आ जाएगा
22 जुन को रिया नाम की लड़की ने फिरसे कॉल किया और बोल की आपको prize की जो फाइल है उसको भरने के लिए 5OOO का फाइल चार्ज जमा करवाने है जिसका आपको प्रोडक्ट मिलेगा तो मेने 5OOOजमा करवाये
में ने जब 25 को फेशनऔथोन मे कॉल किया की Zebronic का स्पीकर और फिटनस बेंड के साथ जो prize TV था वो आया नही तो फेशनऔथोन से 26 को सुबह फिरसे कॉल आया और बोला 5OOO फाइल कम्पलीट के लिए करवाने होगे जिससे आपके 2OOO, 5OOO, 5OOO टोटल 12OOO हो जायेगे जिसमे 15OOO, 16OOO का मोबाइल का बोला फिर उनके एक मेनेजर ने बोला की SAMSUNG J7 PRIME मिलेगा तो मेने जमा करवाये
फिर 26 को शाम को वापस कॉल आया तो उन्होने कहा कार के लिए नोमिनी बनाना पड़ता है जिसकी आईडी बनाने के लिए 55OO जमा करवाने होगे मेने मना किया तो कहने लगा अगर जमा नही करवाये तो पहले वाले की फाइल चार्ज मे चले जायेगे तो मेने जमा करवा दिये फिर मुझे वो prize TV वाला मिला उसमे ब्लूटुथ वॉच थी
मेने फेशनऔथोन मे कॉल किया तो बोलने लगे की हमने बोला था पांच मे से एक prize मिलेगा फिर 28 को फिर से कॉल आया की INOX Ansal Royal Plaza में 29 को प्रोग्राम है जिसके लिए सिक्योरिटी दिखानी होगी जिसके लिए 10000 सिक्योरिटी अमाउन्ट जमा करवाने होगे जो की लास्ट पेमेन्ट है तथा ये 10000 + 5500 दोनो 15500 हाथो हाथ आपको वापस अकाउन्ट मे जमा हो जायेंगे लकिन वापस नही आए
फिर 29 को सुबह कॉल आता है कि आपकी फाईल रिजेक्ट हो गई है तथा जिसके लिए फिर से 10000 जमा करवाने की बोलने लगे तो मेने मना कर दिया तो वो मेनेजर बोलने लगा वो प हले वाले पेसे भी वापस नही मिलेंगे ना ही कुछ सामान मिलेगा और Ride india Contest मे firsT prize RenaulT Kwid कार Contest से भी निकाल जाता है
अभी टोटल 31500 रुपये पे किये है जिसमे पहली बार के चार हजार का Zebronic का स्पीकर और फिटनस बेंड आया जो कि मैरे कोई काम के नही है

I want my assured gift..
Fashionothon call me and say do again 10000 rs payment for claiming your assured gift... He makes fraud.. Please help me...

I already pay 3999 from my college fee

He called me and forced me to pay 10000 rs
Then i say i dont want to take part in ride contest then he said you pay minimum 5000
Then i again ignore them he again say me pay 2000 its totally fraud

I'm chandan kumar, from begusarai, bihar. I have book the combo product on fashionothon online and get online payment rs. 3999.00 on 31/05/2017 for combo package (One shoes and one bluetooth speaker) and five gift in one of me but till date not receive gift only receive product. This information already get by telephonic 12 times on fashaionothon but till date not send one say i send today, i send today, but not send. I request on fashionothon that i return this product but not any reply this regarding till date.

So this is register complaint and hard action as earliest.

On 11-may-2017 miss. Pooja executive from fahiononthon has called up me and informed that i had won 101% the 50 inch samsung lcd in daily5stars contest (Levis combo-4999), to claim the prize she has asked me to purchase the levis combo worth of 4999/- i didnt beleive and asked her for proof, she had sent a mail of assured 100% prize gifts from [protected]@fashionothon.com.
After sending mail she called me and asked to do the payment, even i asked that any terms and condition, she said that all not applicable and even she mentioned that if you dont like you can cancel the product and can get the amount refund . On her conformation i had paid the payment even she asked that to be on call with her while paying the payment. Once the payment is done the call got disconnected from her.
After that today i got call and asking to participate in rideindia contest for that i had to pay again 20000/- further i rejected and said them i wont pay then they said me that which you had alreaday paid for daily contest will be cancelled and you will not get anything. Then i asked then how come they can do it, further i asked to cancel my order and refund my amount they said its not possible and you can do anything what ever you can.

This is marshall rd from bangalore. Order id : 6896, dated on 29/04/2017, i have been received call from fashionothon by saying i have won the 1stprize of renault kwid & to transfer the amount of rs 20000, & later on 10000, again next day i have been asked for to pay 40000 for nominee. Which i was not interest in paying that, so i called the costumer care & requested them to refund my amount. Which the fashionothon executive has promised by saying if your not interested at any time u can call our customer care & ask for refund the amount which u paid by giving your bank details. With proof am saying this i am having call recorder for that.
From last 8days am calling daily to fashionothon no response just trying to skip from this case no proper communication some will say am not consult person, some will say ill speak to manager & let me know, some will say ill ask them to give call back. & some executive said refund is not possible. Some will say will send the ensured prize for that money, if your not happy with that gift, send back the gift & refund the amount.

I just need to know from your side weather it can be refund or not. If not reason? As your executive said it can be refund now how can you say u cant?

This is to inform that i am taking this to police station & consumer court with call record proof & all communication of your executives of irresponsible communication.

I have informed this before because later on u should not say that u could have informed us regarding this.
Hope fashionothon will take this serious & help me out in this issues.

My order number is 6639 as order nike shoes combo and 100%asured gift will be there as told by your excutive. And your manager Mr. Raj. On 7th April I placed order but still I didn't get any info about parcel. Whenever I tried to call your team they telling they will connect within 10 min but that 10 min didn't came back.. Now today I called them now they telling I can't cancel my order they will not refund.. I have recorded all the conversation with them. So, someone tell me how to do that fir against them in consumer court..

A lady from fashionothon.com her name is priya call on 9.3.2017 at around 4.30pm.She tell that you are the lucky winner for our 5 gift contest.First you have to purchase a 3999 nike shoes and the gift will shipped with that purchased product.Then I paid in online debit card.They still today not dispatched my product.Another man calling the next day and tell I am the winner of the ride India car contest.you have pay 30000 to get you car.Then I told them I haven't 30000 in account.Then tell if you not give the Money then we will not dispatched your previous product.
After some hour a another man call and he told that You have to pay just 10000 to avail this contest.This time the contest is going to held in Bhubaneswar on 12.3. 2017.We will give the passes.Then I paid 10000 through debit card.After that they are not receiving my call or day don't call me.
Please help me get back my 13999.Give them serious punishment so that they do not this cheated with anyone in the future.

I am rakesh, on 6th feb'17 i got a call that i was one of five lucky winners for today for thier site promotional purpose and i am having ratting of winning a iphone 6s if i purchase a combo pack of puma at around 5800 rs. Initinally i rejected it but got calls again and again and they are very sure about it so i was forced to buy the product for rs 5800 and i was assured for a prize gift of iphone 6s and he assured delivery will be done by 10th feb'16. But today (14th feb) i called back them for the product they spoke to me so rude and used very bad words and started scolding me. I am having audio proof also for it.

Please consider my complaint so serious and take necessary action.

Recently i have googled about the company it was not only me some hundreds o[censored]sers got fraud due to this site.

Sir, I am Aniket Kashid, on 25 Jan 2017 I received call from Mr Pankaj www.fashionothon.com company for purchase combo at rs/-4999 and rs-5799/ get a 100% assured gift that was apple i-phone-6.I purchased combo pack of puma which was Rs-5799.that contains branded puma shoes, puma bag, shorts, and T-shirt.still date order is not came and price also not.On same day he called and says you are chosen for 1st price winner for Ridindia contest and for that you have to bye gold of Rs-10299/ then you will get gold with 1st price of Renault kwid.That time I dont have money so I managed from my friend and taken that gold but they said you have to do payment through bye combo of Rs-5799 and Rs-4999, but I said I'm going to bye a gold you are saying to bye combo pack but manager Mr Pankaj said you pay this way its ok for us, you definitely going to get gold with Renault kwid for that he said you have to present at nearest mall where you are living and for advertisment of our company we are giving this car to you in front of several people in the mall.He said you have to present at Orion mall in panvel which is near to you on 31st Jan 2017 but after the payment he didnt call and not taking the call also.And still date I have not recieved my product which I bye from this fraud company.sir I please help me.

Cancel the order placed on fashionothon.com and costumer care people told they will refund the money but still i didn't get any refund till date. just one week back got call from costumer care and they are asking for credit card details even expiry date and cvv that looks unethical.
