Today 05/11/2016 I received my combo pack but there is no gift.i was assured by company that I will receive a gift with combo pack and according to my ranking, my gift was iPhone 6.but there was no gift with combo pack.
And lotto products that I received, are very cheap . company shows white lotto shoes in advertisement and I receive very bad looking red shoes.

This company play with customer's emotions and cheats them with big promises.
I receive only these things. No gift

I received a call from [protected] no. Mr. Amit sharma told that my mobile no[protected] is selected & if you will purchase my lotto combo RS.4499, you will receive a gift iPhone 6. I submitted form & paid Rs.4499 by SBI debit card. After payment he said that he was not able to receive any amount. He totally refused .I send him ATM mini statement receipt but he refused and asked me to pay again when I refused to pay again. He & she talks to me very rudely.

I have ordered an order id: 4071 on date : 08/09/2016 and order also delivered to me., but what the assured gifts. Till the date i have not received any mails or massage for assured gift. Please post me how to do for assured gifts we were say to me in phone call also as assured gifts : samsung 40 inch led, apple iphone 6, sun pandant & earrings, silver jewelery, nikon dslr camera.

I was called by this company and made a purchase of ₹ 5799. I was assured of an iphone 6 as a prize.

Now tgey asked me to enter a contest to win a renault kwid car. When i declined the offer the sales executive started talking rudely and said they are not going to deliver me anything.

I received call back on 10th oct 2016.

On 25th August I got a call from sales executive of Fashionothon company, Mr. Amit. He said that because you are a frequent purchaser from websites like flipkart and amazon our company has identified you and we would like to give you an offer whereby if you make a purhcase of Puma combo worth 5, 299/- you will get an assured gift. I told him I don't have time right now please call later. He called again and pushed very hard to make me buy. He said that as per my "ranking" I will get a Samsung 40 inch LED TV. When I said I don't believe in your offer, he made me speak to his senior Mr. Pankaj. Mr. Pankaj convinced me that the company is genuine and the offer also. I asked him to send me a mail. He sent me a mail with the Puma combo and last line of the e-mail was -
"Assured Gifts : Samsung 40 Inch Led, Apple iphone 6, Sun Pandant & earrings, silver Jewellary, nikon DSLR Camera"

I hesitated in making the purchase still but I kept on getting calls from the company. An even more senior employee spoke to me and gave me some story about how they want to be the next Flipkart. Finally I made the purchase on 25th August. Order number - 3874.

My order (which was supposed to arrive within 3 days) arrived on 2nd September without any assured gift (They had promised earlier that the gift will arrive with the package). When I called the company, their executive Ms. Geeta said it will be shipped soon. I kept on following up for 20 days and every time the response was similar that it will be shipped soon. Finally the free gift arrived on 30th September. It was a smart watch. I had bought the exact same smart watch on Amazon for 219 Rs one week back!!!

I also forgot to mention that I got calls from the company after making the purchase that they have some scheme for Renault car etc. I flatly refused to participate in the scheme.

All in all a very bad experience and the company is clearly a bogus/ fraud company.

Dealsothon and Fashionothon is very big fraud company i have ever seen. I request all customer not to buy anything from it. It's make very big promises but finally it cheats innocent indian customer.

They are very big cheater at all. Demanding 30, 000 rs for grand price which is Renault KWID car and i have cheated one more time and credited 20, 000 after convince them but again they demanding 30, 000 for nomineed security amount this time i refuse and executive and Assistant manager(Pankaj Singh, Floor manager Jyoti) told me to not process further if not paid this amount. I refuse and deny for my all payment and transactions and request to give back my money to me and see the fraud company says that no sir its not possible to refund you back only you can purchase anything worth rs 20, 000 i asked but online shopping company usually dont do this if customer not satisfied then they refund them back why are you refusing they have no words.

Guys A VERY BIG FRAUD COMPANY DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I have been calling www.fashionothon.com and www.dealsothon.com support team, but every time i receive the same answer that we will get back to you in 10 mins. But that 10 mins have not ended yet.
I have record of every conversations that i made with them with every single detail. And now these www.fashionothon.com and www.dealsothon.com business seems to me as fraud. They are cheating the people. My life has became a crap since i made order. This unethical.

I m Sandip Khokhani. I have also received call from fashionothon. I m not interested in making payments but their executive are continuing making call and try to convince to buy the product. After 2 months i m ready to buy the products along with the assured prize. They are committed that product will be delivered in 3 working days but product not received upto 16th day. Now they are saying that i[censored] want ur prize than make another payment of 10000. They are saying that there is mismatch of IP adress so prize can not be issued. I[censored] want product generate claiming id by way of making another payment. So i think that there is suspicious in the business of Fashionothon company. Dear guys,

I am sincerely apology for the writing a mail with you. What is your intension to call the customers, whether you need to sell the product or misguiding the customer to insisting them to buy a product forcefully?
One thing let you clear that, if customer wants to buy product through online, they will chose their requirement and do their best.
But your company guys are calling the customers and giving wrong information about the deal and selling the product.
When coming to delivery of the product, it is not yet all sink with your words. This is very ambassador thing.
One thing I will let you know clear that, please don’t insist any customer to buy a product forcefully.
Because the money what they earing is their blood and sweet.
If you want to earn easy money, you have so many ways.

Hi this is sibgath ulla shariff from mandya karnataka india i am a teacher in one of the institution in our district this company called me and they said u to purchased puma company material its cost is 5299 and u won as samsung 42 inch tv and again they called me and said sir u win a constant of car u won car in 15th of august 2016 for that you have to pay 20000 rs i trust and pay but again they ask 30000 for registration i[censored] dint get prize company will return your amount i didnt get any prize and i dint get ant amount please try to return my amount as soon as posible please

I got a call on 18 aug from fashionothon n he told me to buy a combo for 10000/- i tried to refuse but he continuously call and after half an hour i got a call from anothe person jyothi she said based on ur last payment we are giving one more offer n ur nominated for kwid car i[censored] pay now i will give u 100 percent guarantee that u will get a kwid car.. I[censored] pay now i will close the file now n we will have an event for this award in ur city n in the nearest mall. I believed n paid 19999/-. Evening again she called to pay another 19999/- as a security amount. Blindly i paid n she said said that for my file she will work on sunday n move the file for final approval. But what the hell next happened was on sunday 21 th august she called me by asking another 60000/- for vehicle insurance n other expenses for kwid. I said i don't have money to pay now but still she continuously started forcing finally i said i can't pay that much amount. But she asked me to pay 30k i said no.. She came to 20k i said i don't have more that 5k she said me to pay 10k n will try to move the file... But i not paid so she told order will be cancel. So i said i don't want any prizes i jus want refund but she is not ready to refund n i m even not getting docket details even after many follow ups. I paid 52000/- n got cheated. It shouldn't happen to anybody. Please solve my issue try to get it refunded to me.. Please help me [protected]

My product of silver jewellery is not received.. Pls send my product soon i i paid 15000 but not received my product properly.. And they told me about assured prize of dell inspiro laptop but after paid of full payment not send it and instead of laptop send me suit material. They are fraud. Speaking laying.. But she asked me to pay 30k i said no.. She came to 20k i said i don't have more that 5k she said me to pay 5k n will try to move the file... After i paid 5k she started saying tomorrow u have to pay remaining amount by afternoon else it will be postponed. I said i don't want any prizes i jus want refund but she is not ready to refund n i m even not getting docket details even after many follow ups. I paid 50000/- n got cheated. THIS fraud comapny has member call me and told that 5299 rs puma shooes for your offering and thay said you had won 40inc samsung faltron 3d tv and thay said you are elegible to won huindai car and you have to pay 20000 rs and i had pay and they said 30000 for enroling your prize i dind pay but i lost my money so please dont belive any sudden belive such fraud calling and i requesting to please try to refound my ammount as soon as posible

I got a call on 22nd July from Fashionothon saying that i am a lucky customer.
they were asking me to check the product and buy. I have checked still I had a doubt because i never heard this online website name before. i asked give me some time but they were telling that this is the closing time and we are going to ship your order today itself. I believed and paid.

after that i have checked online everything is about complaints only and i called back to cancel my order and then they said something and kept quiet. the next i called it was switched off.

I paid for Reebok combo of 6999/-.

The company is making fools of the customers who buy the products online. They first take the customer in confidence of giving them a prize . I received my products but the assured prize as promised to me at the time of purchasing is till date missing. They keep on following you by offering you lucrative offers which is actually a trap for taking away your money . I feel the company is a big "FRAUD" and all should be alerted by the cheating done to us.

On 23-june-2016 miss. Pooja executive from fahiononthon has called up me and informed that i had won the i-phone5s in daily5stars contest (Levis combo-6999), to claim the prize she has asked me to purchase the levis combo worth of 6999/- i didnt beleive and asked her for proof, she had sent a mail of assured 100% prize gifts from [protected]@fashionothon.com.
After sending mail she called me and asked to do the payment, even i asked that any terms and condition, she said that all not applicable and even she mentioned that if you dont like you can cancel the product and can get the amount refund. On her conformation i had paid the payment even she asked that to be on call with her while paying the payment. Once the payment is done the call got disconnected from her.
After 2 hours i got call and asking to participate in rideindia contest for that i had to pay again 20000/- further i rejected and said them i wont pay then they said me that which you had alreaday paid for daily contest will be cancelled and you will not get anything. Then i asked then how come they can do it, further i asked to cancel my order and refund my amount they said its not possible and you can do anything what ever you can.
Even i informed them i will file a case, they said that you can do anything what ever you can, we also have advocates to handle this kind of thing this what they informed.
Mr. Rajesh he said he is manager he only said all this stuff his number is [protected]
Request not to entertain this kind of fraudulent guys into e-commerce market, please make awareness in people about this kind of fraudulent sites.

www.fashionothon.com is a fraud company they call us from the number[protected] and ask about online shopping experience then they say that you have won a iphone / lcd tv / dslr camera etc and they say to buy a product and make a online payment 4999/- 6999/- and promise us that we will send you the mail of product and price to but they only send product which cost not more than 1500/- many o[censored]s have been cheated by this company and we need a action on it
