[Resolved] Fastinfoclass — I have paid but no info about class and class will starts too late | |||||
Hi Sir/Madam, Myself sathishkannan i am an IT support engineer and Social Activist in APJ Abdul Kalam Trust I have paid for English Advanced course under my mobile no [protected] and INVOICE NO:- FIC-U[protected]. Still now i did not received any update regarding classes. Before i pay one of your customer support executive told there is a option for 8pm-9pm. Now they saying no class on that time may be it will start on this month end then why get money from me. i did not expect this from them if i know this before i will go for different institute i paid by credit card. Now its huge loss for me.They have fake google reviews. Kindly do the needful Was this information helpful? | |||||

Moreover they are teaching English using Hindi as the medium & we are not able to understand
what they intend to teach. Hence is better not to pursue learning through their app & hence
we have asked for refund of the payment
