I want my fee refund because they did not provide me class

I registered and made payment of Rs. 11, 799.00 on[protected] for Online Spoken English Course Individual at FastInfoClass . They allotted my batch from[protected], but till date they have not started my classes. Now there customer care also not attending my calls. they are only making false promises that they will start from next day but still nothing happened. I sent them multiple mail regarding this but no action were taken by them.
I request you to help me for fee refund.

Hi Sir/Madam,
Myself sathishkannan i am an IT support engineer and Social Activist in APJ Abdul Kalam Trust I have paid for English Advanced course under my mobile no [protected] and INVOICE NO:- FIC-U[protected]. Still now i did not received any update regarding classes.
Before i pay one of your customer support executive told there is a option for 8pm-9pm. Now they saying no class on that time may be it will start on this month end then why get money from me.
i did not expect this from them if i know this before i will go for different institute i paid by credit card. Now its huge loss for me.They have fake google reviews.
Kindly do the needful

Moreover they are teaching English using Hindi as the medium & we are not able to understand
what they intend to teach. Hence is better not to pursue learning through their app & hence
we have asked for refund of the payment
