Fastrack — Amount not refunded even after returning the watch

I have ordered a watch costing 3295 from fastrack.it was ordered on 21 April 2023. Order no is 9612767 please refund back my amount it's almost more than a month.i have used 2 vouchers for 2000.Please provide my entire amount back to me.rashmi rathi still my issue is not resolved @fastrack they are saying wait for 24-48 hours and not providing the refund.
