Fastrack — Complaint against fastrack service | |||
Hi, I am Sachin Waskar.I have purchased fastrack watch with model number 3101YSA (with warranty period) on 23rd August 2014 from Kamdar & Kamdar shop, Dadar(E). After couple of months my watch is not working properly. I have visited to Dadar service centre 4-5 times till date.After servicing it works for few days but same problem occurred again, then I have visited the Dadar Service Center again, then they sent this watch to Main Fastrack service center for 15 days. Still my watch problem is not resolved.It is having other issues like (Belt gets ditached from watch, back cap of the watch gets ditach). So please look into this issue & give proper resolution.
