Dear Sir, Good Evening. Myself Nilesh Chauhan, I have bought a fast rack watch on 13/07/2014-Sunday, Model no. NC9827Pp04, MRP 995/- Rs.. Discount rate as per fastrack website 740/- Rs. but dealer did not offer me discount and sold me the watch at 995 /- RS., When i checked fastrack website and ask for discount then he refused to give discount and said that this watch is not under discount and behave rudely . Dear sir,
After 15 days i have not sorted out with my problem. I have received call from customer care and ask for my bill. I have already sent my bill on 23 july but still there is no reply. Please suggest for this issue.
