Fastrack — Fastrack not charging

HI i stay in Cayman Islands and I bought fastack smart watch on my trip to India.I was not able to start it as I never received any otp because counyry code mentioned in the site is not correct. I boxed it back. I opened it today to charge it and found that it is not even charging now. The watch is still under warranty but as I stay outside the country I cannot even return it.
It just a month ago since I bought it and its such a disappointment. I am an ardent fan of titan products but seems the co has lost its credibity. I spent good 10k for such a bad product..
