Fastrack — Fastrack/ poor service not responding to advance booking | |||||
We have booked tempo traveller for ten peoples well in advance / previous day. next day morning, they said vehicle is not available & arranged alternative tavera vehicle &;reqested me talk to the driver and pay additional charges for additional person. which is illegal. Finally thay did not arrange required vehicle for travel. Our entire program got confused, we were not able to arrange alternative vehicle as it is on sunday. Was this information helpful? | |||||
