I stay in Cayman islands but this time on my visit to India I bought FasTrack smart watch. I was never able to set it up as country code in the FasTrack site is wrong so I never received any otp. I kept it inside for sometime and today thought of charging it but it is now not even charging. It's remained black even after 1 hr in the charging. Nothing happened. The watch is still under warranty but I can not change it nor return it as I m staying outside the country. I will appreciate if someone can help.
