Fastrack — fastrack watch defective piece | |||
I purchased a fastrack watch on 6th october 2016. With in 2 months of purchase, the watch stopped. I went to the store and the mechanic has rectified it and gave it back. It worked for 15 days and again it stopped. I submitted it in the store again. They took it, let it with them and gave it to me back in 5 days. Then it worked for about 2 or 3 weeks. Again it stopped. I asked in the store what was the problem. It is not getting rectified. They took it. Said they will send to company and i waited for 2 months for the watch. They said u ll not get problem again. But the watch stopped again in a month. I got vexed up and went to the store. They took it, rectified it and gave me back in 3 days. Again after a week, it stopped working. Why is the watch bought by me not working properly? The same complaint is repeating. I had a positive opinion about fastrack. But with this, i see fastrack is cheating people with watches without quality. How can i resolve my problem. Because by october, 1 year will be completed and fastrack will say that warranty period is over. Was this information helpful? | |||
