I bought fastrack watch model no G1474 in silver polish which is almost 2 years old. I bought this watch because of a good company. This watch was bought for Rs 3500 which was more than enough for me. In a short period of time, the silver color of the back part of the watch started to show the color of brass. Also the dailcase also started rubbing which is not right as such a big company. Because the company has made its dialcase entirely of brass instead of steel, due to which I feel very cheated.
The company should make the product keeping in mind the own image so that the customer is not disturbed. Please change this watch of mine to a steel watch because I bought it thinking it was a steel watch. Made from stainless steel is also written on its backside. Pics of watch also attached . kindly so need full as early as possible .
