Fastrack — fastrack watch given for repair with in waranty not returned for past 25 days

I have given one fastrack watch for repair to showroom where I purchased the watch but till time I have not received it back and every time shop owner is saying that he will give a call once received. Watch model no is NE3089SL04 Date on which it was given for repair is 22/03/2015 Name of shop :- Classic 7th C Road Sardarpura Jodhpur Rajasthan-342001 If the action is not taken soon then I will go to consumer forum.
