Fastrack — Fasttrack glasses

I Had given my fasttrack sunglasses for repair at Titan Authorised service Center loacated at 1st floor, Durga chambers, 18th june road, Panajim, Goa on 11/07/2014 & they had issued me a service record form no 1583. But till date I have not received my glasses back even after visiting them for more than 20 times. They are even not able to locate where my glasses are. I was told that I will be getting a discount coupon with which I can buy new glasses that too is not being offered. I have spent the amount more that the glasses on visiting their servie center & by calling them. I am very much upset with the way the service center is being managed by Altaf, stella . kindly do the justice to your consumer.
