[Resolved] Fastrack — First time Very Very Bad expierience with Fast track Watch and Never want to refer any of my colleague | |||
To the concerned, I had purchase a Watch from Fast Track last year 2013(with 2 years warranty) After 1 month Watch color got fed and when I went to Fast track shop( Disha Time Point Janak Puri District Center Delhi) they told me to use sketch pen to fill watch fed color (This is completely unacceptable) but somehow I managed. Now my Watch straps has come out and unfortunately I lost my bill and warranty card. This time I went to same fast track shop and spoke to the shop manager who says we sale many brands so its difficult to manager every customer bill record because we do it manually so it might take 1 month to pull out record. I am fail to understand why they do bill record manually this should be systematic bill system so that it won’t take 1 month to fetch customer bill record. Top of that He did not want to listen anything from me, was trying to blame me that I am defaulter because I lost my bill and warranty card. I understand I lost it and I accepted but that does not mean they don’t keep record in a proper manner to fetch bill details of customer its also their responsibility but he could not admit or ensure anything which feel customer relax and better and he was too loud and just trying to make customer unhappy with his unprofessional behavior which badly leads a worst customer experience. I have paid around 1800 rs for this Fast track watch and this is the way we get treated ... The shop manager doesn't agree to admit or assure anything all he says its customer mistake, .
