I bought a FT smartband through fastrack website, order ID-67145 on 5th Oct 2018 and delivered to me on 7th Oct 2018, . since then it was working fine but on 21st eve it stopped showing anything, I thought might be battery drained out. so plug in for recharge but display showed no indicator. I tried again several times but invain then I register complaint on phone and mail also.. first of all they responded very late after my initiation to revert back and when they connect me to technical team they suggest me to visit nearest service centre, there they again tried same thing i.e. recharge the battery and after 30 min they said its not working, so either submit to us we will send to the company and will take 15-20 days minimum. Fastrack Watch Which I purchased two year ago not working since the date of purchase and I complaint about this five times at the store where I purchase it but no response there. the store keeper set it fives but the main problem not resolve yet. the watch stop after two or three days when i purchase it.
