[Resolved] Fastrack — given watch to service centre and now they have replaced my watch with another customer

i had purchased a fast track watch on 14/07.2014 and it got spoilt within 38 days ..so gave it in Thane service centre and they said your watch will be given back by 5-6 days ...10 days passed no calls from their side.then i had to call and the answer i got pleas give us 2-3 more days by 8/9/2014 you will get your watch..again no calls and when on 9/9/2014 i called and the answer i get is your watch has been given to another customer when he will return you will get..Is this the TITAN works and Replies to their customer...my watch was almost a Brand new and after keeping my watch in service centre for 25 days i get such pathetic reply...then also i waiter for 5 days and still no call when i visited service centre they are saying we cant help it when the customer gives your watch we will give you.It would be great if you people look into this matter and return me BRAND NEW watch because the customer has already used my watch for 4-5 days and i cant take the same watch now..lets hope TITAN looks into this matter..or else i would have to approach consumer forum complaint for further help...Very Very pathetic Service
