Fastrack — manufacturing defect of watch | |
I bought fastrack watch on 16august 2017 and i wore it on 18th of august for the first time and noticed that the colour was faded in just 2 days. That was surely a manufacturing defect. When i gave it to the store he said there is no warranty for the colour. It's been just two days i bought it. Then i forced him to send that watch to the service centre then he said it will take 40 days for the company to fully investigate then some decision will be taken. Please sir resolve this issue asap.
