Fastrack — new watch is not working properly | |||
I bought a new fastrack watch, model NE6013SL04 from the central mall, GB road, thane on 22nd May 2014. But the watch was lagging behind and unable to show the correct timing the very next day. I complained about the same to the showroom, but the salesman said that the watch needs to be sent to the service centre. I had presented this watch as a gift to my daughter, but myself and my daughter are totally disappointed and frustrated over the purchase. Was this information helpful? | |||
