[Resolved] Fastrack — product technical fault | |||
Dear sir, I have purchase a fastrack watch 1 apr 2017. After three month watch having technical fault. Reset bottom not work properly and push pin was open so watch band was open. Three times it was fall down on road. I have go to service center 4 times in patna. Two times job card open and two times they have not open job card. Every time service center told me this problem not happen next time but this problem was happen repeatedly. If we purchase so costly watch and every time we go to service center then sir you told me why we purchase fastrack watch? So i motivate all friends and colleague not to purchase fastrack watch. Sir i was buy the new fastrack wrist wastch of ₹ 3250 But sir that watch is not water Resistant ...i was given it to service centre ...but there is no any changes ...thats faulty piece Sir plz solve this my Problem..plz sir
