Hello team,

I'm fastrack customer. I purchased watch this year (2017). After 2-3 days watch is not working. I reached to pune service center. I submited watch there for repairing on 15th auguest. But yet i did not get my watch.

Your services is very low level. I'm not satisfiled your service center. Please improve.
Please look into this on prioirty.

Updated by Deepak Sartape I bought a watch on 08/03/2017 which had a strap problem. I gave the watch for repair on 10/08/2017. But got the same watch in the same condition without any service done to it. I did wait for 2 months for the small strap change.

Following is the details of the watch :
