Fastrack — unfair Billing abd Improper behavior | |||
Today i wanted to travel from airport to velachery. We contacted the fastrack booth there. They said that there are no car available and made us wait for 15 minutes. Then they made us pay Rs.500 for going to velachery from airport and then from velachery to porur for 2 members. Then a person came and told that he will get us a fastrack cab and brought us to a place wherin there were lots of cabs staning there idle. The man who brought us there showed us a car and got Rs 20 for the same. Then after coming to velachery they said that the Rs 500 collected from us is the tariff from airport to velachery only and not includes porur and collected a different charge for that. And the meter was never turned on. Is this the tariff that is specified in your website? No meters put! Unwanted wastage of time in waiting and getting money for making us get into a car. This is highly atrocious. With this kind of behavior we will never prefer fastrack again. Was this information helpful? | |||
