Fastrack — very very bad service provided by the service center | |||
No of times have to visit the service centre but no response from the service provider of fastrack watch. Product is not received back from service yet (3 months ago it was taken for service). Facing lots of problem because of this... A watch is a daily required assessory, unsatisfied with the service provided.. Not even provided... Watch still not received even after 3 months... My fastrack hand watch conditions is very poor, it is not working continuously one month, it stop again to again, and I send to repair to care again to again, I lost my money purchase fastrack watch. Fastrack design number 3119SL02
I went to fastrack care to return or exchange hand watch. But they told me that watch can not return or replace.
