I have purchased one smartwatch Fastrack revolt fs1 on 22/03/2023. And the order id is #OD[protected]. The ticket is of my complaint is TKT-[protected].The product was damaged due to manufacturing defect the display is not working and regarding this i complained to the company CUSTOMER CARE and i have sent all the relavent data needed to claim the warranty on 09/05/2023. And the technical team has said they will update regarding this within 24hrs. no response from your side. And again i called to the CUSTOMER CARE and they again said will make an arrangement with the relavent team within 24 hours. Waited for 24hours no response. This is happening from 10th may and every day im calling to your CUSTOMER CARE and they are saying everyday 24hrs. Is your company policy like this like 24hours means 24 days ?
Because from past 2 week im struggling with claim my warranty. They are saying ### reasons which is not valid . They have to update us clearly. Remember if there no CUSTOMER no all big zeroes. I need a proper update regarding this . I have all the call recordings with me . If i didn't get any update i will legally move. Because its not a fault from my side . You have to learn from other companies how they are handling CUSTOMERs.
So i kindly requesting you to make an update regarding my issue. I[censored] want i will attach all the call recordings of the communication with CUSTOMER CARE team .
