Fastrack — Watch not working properly from the date of purchase | |||
Hi, I had purchased a Fastrack Watch (model:NG3099SM04C) from Globe Watch Co. Guwahati, Assam on dated 26/11/2016. Unfortunately the watch get stop after few days of Purchasing. So, on 12/01/2017, i brought it to Globe watch Co. They took 10 days to repair it and return back to me after repair. 2nd Time, on March the same problem occured again. this time also i took it to Globe for repair asking to replace it. But they deny to replace it. Again they utook around 15 days to repair it and return bach on 25th march. and 3rd time it get stop on April 2017. This time i request them to replace it. They argued with me not replace it. Its still is that shop. What to do? If this time the same situation will occur again, I will proceed legally. Hope a positive feedback.
