Fastrack — Water not resisting after first opening | |||
Dear Team, I purchased a Fastrack watch (NC1478Sl02 Rs-1845/-) on[protected] from Western watch co, Ganesh tower, m g road Trivandrum, Kerala-01. After first submission for my compliant resolution itself the watch is not resisting properly. repeatly i submit the phoen for more than 5 times but i am facing the problem without any fail. yesterday when met the field team they are telling me to purchase a new product for the above mentioned amount. they will not refund the amount. either i have to choose fast track or any other product and they will not extended the garrenty also... is fast track company is preferring to buy any other providers watch ...? please clarify Was this information helpful? | |||
