I had purchased a watch (variant number 3097SM01, Description: DC319) on[protected]. I lodged a complain on[protected] because of its case damage. As per customer acknowledgement copy approx delivery date was[protected]. Today i enquired about the same in Authorised service center (Puri, Orissa) and they told me it will take more 15 days to resolve the issue. So i am very disappointed due to such type of delay in providing service to me. I would request you to take immediate action so that it can be resolved by promised delivery date by the service center.
