I recieved my order today. I was surprised to see the product it was not the same one I ordered. I ordered a black dress but got a orange Kurti of cheapest quality.

I had purchased a Blouse from this new website. They show a number of payment gateway options but while placing the order, only cash on delivery option is available. They have an elaborate return policy but actually they don't respond to customers who want to return the products. I received a totally different product that what i had i ordered in terms of look, color & quality. I contacted fastroly several times through mail, fb messenger but not a single response. I have seen several other people complaining about the same thing on their facebook page. This website just delivers any random package to customers to collect the money & then completely ignores the customer's mails. There is no phone number or customer care number.

It s worst experience of online shopping ever I made. I ordered blouse paying 800 rupees by cash on delivery, but went I break open the parcel I was so much shocked by seeing the supply of cheapest quality blouse material that too unstiched and worth of 50rupee. It is dont even worth wearing it. I tried calling and emailed and even texted in messenger FB but no single response from them. It so bad believing new shopping websites.
