Fastroly — received a completely different item, and no response for any of my calls and mails

I have ordered a kurti and received a totally different item. I have mailed them @ care.[protected]@gmail.com thrice, messaged on FB, and tried to call to the given number in the website which is not even the correct number. Unfortunately no response at all. I'm so disappointed and they are being very careless. It was a prepaid purchase (Rs.850) and I received a garbage which would cost less than Rs.100. I would like to go ahead with refund or whatever steps.
