Fastroly — received a wrong product

I have ordered a kurti and received a totally different item. I have mailed them @ care. [protected]@gmail.com thrice, and tried to call to the given number in the website which is not even the correct number ([protected]). Unfortunately no response at all. I'm so disappointed and they are being very careless. It was a prepaid purchase (Rs.750) and i received a garbage which would cost less than rs.100. I would like to go ahead with refund or whatever steps.
