I have ordered a blouse on fastroly worth 700 which is of cheap quality not even worth 200 besides they have the worst customer support where the return policy asks us to send a mail to care.[protected]@gmail.com but the email doesn’t gets delivered to the ID mentioned and the number doesn’t work . Please do not buy any products from fastroly

I order one blue colour kurthi.but i get a fake kurthi which is entirely different from my order...pls take necessary action about this fake company..I contact them their email but there is no response
As we purchased the blouse online from fastroly.com. They have sent the wrong product & replied through mail, they are not replying to mail. So further what steps we want to take, kindly suggest & do the needful.

We ordered blouse ready made in Fastroly, we received the material but it was not blouse only material they send. Quality of the material also not good. W need to return the item. our order number FT[protected]. We sent them complaint no response from them. They have not provided any contact details.
I ordered a ready made XXL emroidered blouse for 750rupees and they sent me a normal blouse piece not even worth 100rupees.i really sugest not to buy from this site...at all.To send it back there os no correspondenses at all.Full proof online cheating...i am deeply regretting for booking such an item from such fake companies. I have ordered a kurti worth 899 and received a wrong item which is totally different from the kurti I ordered. The item they sent would be around 150-200 with cheap quality and faded color. There is no customer care number and they did not respond to my emails as well.
