Fastroly — wrong product delivered and no response from customer care

I got the order delivered on 15 April but a bad printed piece of fabric. Raised concern on the respective blouse photo on Facebook page of Fastroly twice and both the times it was deleted and i was blocked from any other activity on the page. I wrote to customer care but have not got any response till now.

I need my full refund and the company has to come and collect the wrong product. Had i not liked what i ordered, i can still understand the company policy. I will not take the hassles of returning it back because it is not what i ordered, not even near the one i ordered.

This company should be banned, looking at the callousness and non responsible attitude towards the consumer's money and effort.
