I applied for a new connection and the same day I came to know about the fake statements of NetPlus Team. Immediately I requested for stopping the application but the line man applied for my account creation just to fulfill his targets. Verification was failed for my connection and no line or any equipment was setup since then. Now from last 6 days, I am asking for my documents and installation charges to be given back, but no one is doing anything. I have reached to the Helpline (Ticket Number:[protected] and[protected], but both these tickets are resolved and closed from their end. I had a talk with Mr. Suchain Brar, Operational Head, Patiala ([protected]) along with other officials (Mr. Mohinder - [protected]) in the main office in Patiala but they say your documents will reach by the end of the day which never comes. I am hearing this all from last 4 days continuously. How much time it will take to pick the documents and give me being in the same and infact small city.
Why these people harass the customers.
