I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the consistently poor quality of cable services provided by Fastway Cable in the Baddi area. As a long standing customer with customer id no 100448 & box no 0X4C0D563E, I have been experiencing frequent service issues with Fastway cable service. After every 3-4 day my cable does not work. On 31st Jan, 2025 I sent an email to your customer care email id regarding cable not working. After 3 days I am still waiting for a solution. Today I have also called your toll free number [protected]. I have requested your customer care executive to transfer my call to your senior but she didn't listen to me & disconnected my call without any solution . Such a poor response was not expected from Fastway.

      When the operator came to take the payment of this month, I gave him the payment of 4 paid channels which I wanted to get operated on my Set top box. He took the payment but didn't turn those channels on. It's been 2 days now. I'm calling him but he isn't picking the calls.

        I called many time to customer care but they reply one massage send to your mobile number but i didnot get any massage i also pay advance so local operator didn't recive my call or tell me that i can solve this but i never get any response.

            My cable is not working from 13 may. Local operator has registered my complaint but I did not get any solution and now he is not picking up my call. Moreover, when I called on the customer care number, one of your executive cut the call in the middle of the conversation and other two executives gave the complaint number and said that issue would resolve in 1 hour but nothing has been done. . I am not satisfied with the service provided by your customer care department. Therefore, I want to discontinue with both cable and wifi service. I want my refund.

                No signal E-104 error

                This error is showing since morning i have submit a complaint on[protected] and also called to local operator but they are not picking phone. But problem is not resolved till now. Customer service is very poor in our area....

                    Cable doesn't work from last 3 months. We have reported this issue to cable operator of ou area, but they always answer that they will resolve the issue. But there is no result. From 2, 3 days they have stop picking our phone.
                    We have paid in advance for one year.
                    We want the refund so that's why we shouldn't disturb them everyday for complaining. Please get the money refund because money doesn't come for free.

                      I have maintained your fastway cable conection under set box no.MAC [protected]E7 &Mob.[protected] at, Mehli Shimla.I have paid your monthly dues on well time to your operator but"109" Error message is reflected on my TV screen.I already take up the matter on Sunday with your Shimla team and your area operator but issue is still pending.I am frequently calling your area operator Mr.Vikesh Kumar but he didn't pick my call. Therefore you are requested to instruct your area operator to resolve the issue tomorrow otherwise I will go the consumer court .

                        I am facing problem from fastway channel again & again.

                        I also called my local cable operator but he is not responding.

                        Recently i had registered my complaint regarding non-working of my cable.Today i called again, but problem is same.They are giving time again. I told to attendant that i will file complaint in consumer court against this harassment.

                        This problem was also in every month . that time it was sorted out after five days.

                              I sold my old Car and Buy new Car. I request to closure of old Fast tag and it's Closed but 1000 balance is still there when I talk to customer care for my refund then they told u have to buy new NHAI Fast tag...But when I went to toll plaza to buy new fast tag they told that now NHAI Fast tag is closed... They are not selling...and I told this to customer care..teh said you have to buy fast tag from Bharat petrol pump...but Bharat petrol pump refused that and said they are not selling tags...so unfortunately I have to buy ICICI Bank fast tag . Please resolve my issue and Refund my Rs.1000 ASAP

                                Very Very bad service of fastway. I am totally disappointed. Now total 1 week over and my cable does not works and also my area local fastway cable operator bahavior is very bad. He says me to submit monthly rent of cable but i already submitted it. Now i think they where frauding us.

                                    My registered complaint number with fastway is 16042022C5137850 and i'm following fastway on customer care number [protected] from last 10 days for replacement of setup box which is not getting powered on. They always revert back when talk to them that they will resolve the issue in 4 to 6 hrs. But no one is visiting for the replacement of setup box. It is now almost 10 days and we are fedup with fastway service. Kindly intervene to provide support from fastway.
