I called many time to customer care but they reply one massage send to your mobile number but i didnot get any massage i also pay advance so local operator didn't recive my call or tell me that i can solve this but i never get any response....

All channels show 104- signal not found...

My cable is not working from 13 may. Local operator has registered my complaint but I did not get any solution and now he is not picking up my call. Moreover, when I called on the customer care number, one of your executive cut the call in the middle of the conversation and other two executives gave the complaint number and said that issue would resolve in 1 hour but nothing has been done. . I have shifted my apartment to another place at a distance of 1km only, and the cable operator is asking for extra charges for installation......

This error is showing since morning i have submit a complaint on[protected] and also called to local operator but they are not picking phone. But problem is not resolved till now. Customer service is very poor in our area....

Please dissconnect my connection...

We are working people in the night shifts, and internet is down between working hours, I dont know why, please have a look and resolve this issue, otherwise I will change my connection....

Cable doesn't work from last 3 months. We have reported this issue to cable operator of ou area, but they always answer that they will resolve the issue. But there is no result. From 2, 3 days they have stop picking our phone.
We have paid in advance for one year.
We want the refund so that's why we shouldn't disturb them everyday for complaining. Please get the money refund because money doesn't come for free....

I also called my local cable operator but he is not responding.

Recently i had registered my complaint regarding non-working of my cable.Today i called again, but problem is same.They are giving time again. I told to attendant that i will file complaint in consumer court against this harassment.

Fastway channels are not properly working.after 3 -4 days there is fluctuation in tv channels not properly working.behiour of local cable operator is very bad.dont have any sense....

A new sports channel has been introduced, Sports 18..It is not available on Fastway.As many important sports events will be broadcasted on this channel, please make it available on the STB plan as soon as possible...

I sold my old Car and Buy new Car. I request to closure of old Fast tag and it's Closed but 1000 balance is still there when I talk to customer care for my refund then they told u have to buy new NHAI Fast tag...But when I went to toll plaza to buy new fast tag they told that now NHAI Fast tag is closed...
