[Resolved] FastWay Transmission — regarding pack not activated & cable not working | |||
Dear Sir/Ma, am, Greeting of the Day! I would like to inform you that i am using Fastway cable service in Baddi ( Himachal Pradesh) Since last 15 days i am regular requesting Fastway team & local cable operator to activate my choice pack as per TRAI new rule but in spite of my regular request Fastway has not activated all channels of my choice pack against my MAC no 08803934FC61 still some channels are not working But since yesterday local cable operator has stopped all channels error 104 is coming on my screen since yesterday. I have approached every level of fastway customer care but no one is listing my complaint . I have also talked to fastway nodal officer on mobile no[protected] &[protected] but nothing happen.
