[Resolved] Fbb — jeans returned but refund not received

Dear sir/mam
On dec 19, 2019 i filed a complain to fbb against damaged jeans received with complain# bb[protected] and order i'd[protected]. I returned jeans but whenever i called to fbb executive on phone call replied everytime that hold for 10 minutes to check
Details and after 15 minute hold replied wait for 24 hour, your refund will be initiated but nothing happened.

Order # 700218789, complain# BB31905007080 file on 19 December 2019. order amount was 827 RS but still I received only 307. I emailed fbb many times but not answering my queries. On phone fbb executive every time reply same answer pls wait for 24 h ours. More than one month happened but no resolution provided.
