I Made a purchase my Fashion big bazaar Civil lines, Prayagraj of ₹ 648 on 03.10.2021.
I tried to make the payment via Gpay but Initially it was showing as stuck then person from FBB told you will get refund. Later i made the same payment via Debit card also.
After one day i realise that payment made via Gpay was successful and i escalated the same to the FBB person for which they said they will check internally and refund...

Fbb management and staffs are uneducated in Bhagalpur, Bihar. They disrespected me by getting my clothes open in case of that I have taken something without any bill. Inspection happened and there was nothing with me. Now, it's the matter of my self respect. I'll thrash out the management if the strict action will not be taken.. it's the matter of my self respect now.

I paid my bill of 699/- at ffb Bhimavaram costal city center through upi in paytm the payment is successful but Fbb didn’t generated in voice for it and said the amount will be refunded but I haven’t refund till now...

First of all Thanks for opening the FBB Store at Karnal location with huge variety and great experience of shopping.
But i faced the issue regarding the billing and exchange issue at FBB, Dyal Singh colony, Kunjpura Road, Karnal - 132001, Haryana, Date of billing 12/082021 with Invoice No - [protected] and date of exchange 13/08/21.
They have issued the exchange value of voucher Rs. 1061.75 instead ...

Dear sir, we have processed payment through phone pay on 14june transaction rs 1298/-through my kotak bank account but that time fbb outlet moradabad team told me we don't have received any payment than he told me plz verify in your bank than I have visited my bank bank told me already 10 working days completed We have processed your payment our side clear the payment than I have checked phone pay they told me same day we have processed fbb...

I paid online 999/- in fbb but transaction was cancelled but i didnt get my money back yet.. I paid on 7 august 2021....

Today we had gone to fbb in growels 101, kandivali east. When we went to womens section we didn't expect to receive such worse treatment ever from their sales person. They were very rude and didn't even let us check the kurtis we had to buy, but they kept glaring at us and telling us to not touch or open the foldings of cloth if we r not going to buy any kurti. But how are we supposed to know if the kurti is good or not and if the size is...

On[protected] i have been charged 2822 Rs 2 times .My money got deducted 2 times .And even after compalining i have not received a satisfactory answer for it .I have also shown them the reflection of 2822rs amount in my sbi Bank of same amount and same time but they say that it is not showing any details in their system .I have given them all the required details sorted my problem till now .It is just not done it is now more than 8 days...

One damaged garment received and no body is helping in FBB...

Today I visited in fbb of Howrah Maidan, Kolkata
Where I was shoping a lots of clothes and due to heavy load of clothes in my hand I request one staff to come and help me just to take out one clothe from the hanger but He looked at me first' and then he started ignoring me and when I get near to him and again I called him that bro please come and help but he directly said that no I will not go and for that reason I aslo complaint...

Today I visited the fbb store Dwarka ramphal chowk, new Delhi where I purchased clothes worth 1098.The sales man at the counter refused to give a carry bags and was adamant about charging for it.Kindly take appropriate actions as not providing carry bag shows that the company's service towards customer is poor....

We have placed a order on 5 oct but its not received till date. on tracking it show my shipment from your order ********** with below mentioned products has been shipped out of our warehouse and will reach you soon.

After calling many times they are just giving excuse of covid. and no proper information when it can be deliver.

On dec 19, 2019 i filed a complain to fbb against damaged jeans received with complain# bb[protected] and order i'd[protected]. I returned jeans but whenever i called to fbb executive on phone call replied everytime that hold for 10 minutes to check
Details and after 15 minute hold replied wait for 24 hour, your refund will be initiated but nothing happened....

On 12th january 2020, i visited fbb located in v3s east, delhi, 110092. Their was a staff named sameer whose behaviour was really very worse and his attitude was really very bad. He has been working in fbb but he don’t know how to talk to costumer. Even though he was not in his uniform and also he didn’t have his i-card. But his attitude was really very very bad.

This is regarding the refusal of store person to provide the bill. I purchased a trpuser worth rs.699 today and when i went on billing counter, store person asked me for the money and when i asled back for the bill, he refused it saying that if you want bill come tomorrow and he kept back the trouser behaving so rudely.
