Feb Deal — delivery of wrong products

I ordered for 2 kurthi's in febdeal. The order came to the address but with a different name. I had to buy it because all the details except the name were mine. The products we ordered and the ones which we received are entirely different. When initiated the process for refund, there came an option for paytm or bank transfer. Entirely fraud. I would request for refund my money or send me the exact product of what we ordered.
