Feb Deal — wrong product delivered and not refunded amount

Placed order (Order ref#63078) for a churidar on 26.09.2018 (Rs.355/-) with feb deal, but received a saree with poor quality on 3.10.2018.. Raised refund request on 03.10.2018 but no response so far. Sent email to [protected]@gmail.com, no reply received. Called their watsapp no.[protected] and on[protected] provided in the site. It is switched off all the time.
