Febdeal — refund my amount item is already used

I ordered an item of long length dress my order no:68778 with cod of 755.00 but i have received wrong and already using item i complain on febdeal official web site return and refund form on the same day but did not received the refund yet it's been more then 10 working days but no response after 10 days no credit my account i want my refund amount 755.00 earliest.
