Febdeal — they sent used cloth instead of gown

I had order one gown from febdeal but they sent used cloth. I dont understand what is this. I request for refund on dated 13/10/2018, but no response receive from their side. I have never seen worst site like this. They are just making fool of online buyers. I had paid 755 for it. I want my money refund. Even i have not received any call regarding refund. Quality of product is totaly bad.

I gave return, but after 10 working days also they are not returning and refunding.I ordered 3 gowns and got 3 sarees. Order no is[protected].I got the item on 9th october 2018 and today 25th october also, no reply.why you people are cheating us.

I ordered a salwar kameez and they delivered me a piece of cloth . They fradulant on me .i request please kindly take action against this company and return back our money
