I ordered kurta through online worth 539 and got plain cloth.. I filled the return form multiple times but no response from them. Now i have seen n number of complaints against that web site (https://www.febdeal.in/). i request the others do not purchase anything through fake ecommerce sites/portals.

Suggestion to all: be careful with online orders specially with unknown sites. Do not book anything without checking the reviews...

I ordered an item of long length dress my order no:68778 with cod of 755.00 but i have received wrong and already using item i complain on febdeal official web site return and refund form on the same day but did not received the refund yet it's been more then 10 working days but no response after 10 days no credit my account i want my refund amount 755.00 earliest....

I had order one gown from febdeal but they sent used cloth. I dont understand what is this. I request for refund on dated 13/10/2018, but no response receive from their side. I purchased two sarees one suit and one lehnga from febdeal located in gujrat. Obviously like other people i also received rubbish items and now they are not responding neither transferring my amount 2696 to my account. Let's file a police complaint and receive back our money. These people should be punished severely. 2696 amount is not less and i want it back...

But I shocked when I receive original product, it's not as image shown in febdeal website, received saree is not worth of even rs.100/-. The dispatch person came and gave me the packet.. Bt when i opened it it was a wrong parcel. Instead of a kurta worth 539 they gave me a sare
It contained somebody else's return order.
I want to ask why is this kind of negligence?
What will be the action taken for this?

I had ordered 3 dresses worth rs 3000/-, instead received torned and badly stinking pieces of some 20years old cloth in three packets. Tried calling their no which does not exist. Filled a return request form, for which there is no response till date. I ordered a limited edition on sale product 3 days back from febdeal actual price was about 4000 and after 91% discount and shipping included i paid 539 rs cod and i was shocked to see what i have received today, please see the attachment.. The package carried the mobile number of some rinki maheshwari from shahadra, delhi (Ph: [protected]) and on calling up they refuse that they deal in these products....

Its a fraud company, i had ordered 2 kurtis and 1 dress while i got cheap saree and very cheap velvet material. They took away 1600 bucks and now when it comes to return and refund, all of their webpages are not working, no contact details are valid. Please refrain from buying from febdeal or fabdeal platform.

I had ordered a kurta of Rs. 539 on 10.10.2018 from Febdeal add which was shown in facebook, but I received a damaged old saree instead. This website is fake and many customers have the same complaint need to be punished. And all customers refund must be returned and fined on them.

I have ordered one kurtie but i have received saree that too very chip quality. I have filled refund form as well but it's more than a month we have not received any refund from them. As well tried to contact to them from all the way but they have mentioned all the wrong information.

I odered a drees of 750₹ from feb deal but they sended cheap saree i. E wrong product and even after filling the return refund form twice they are just sending the message that we will get our refund in ten working days in your paytm no.. First i filled the form on 14 sept and second on 26 sept. And today is 11october.
Kindly take any action so no one else will suffer like us and try that we can get our refund....

We have ordered dress material from febdeal and surprisingly we got old used saree and when we try to return the product that call center number is not working and what's app number is also not working.

I too ordered a lehenga from febdeal site with order no #52024 bt hv received a low quality saree instead. On placing the refund request hv just received a message that amount will be refunded in 10 working days but nothing has been done. They are cheaters, be fooling customers and earning money,!
