Febindia — Duplicate and broken product

Dear sir
I have purchased bose soundlink mini 2 from Fabindia.in for Rs 2000 inr at 13 February 2017. The product was claimed to be original by Febindia.in and i even get a call from them to confirm my order and that the product was genuine, the no from which i got the call was (+[protected] and now this no can not pick up calls. I recieve the product at 23 February 2017 and i found that not only does the product was fake it was also broken, it seems to be a local made product. Febindia.in wont return or replace the product, and moreover i came to know that febindia.in has fooled many customers with their fake bose soundlink mini 2 product. Here are the message i got from them
