i have Pledge gold in FEDBANK Financial Services Limited, when i ask them to return gold but they told server closed 4 o clock but i already inside the bank before 4 P.M but the way of behave and response unethical behaviour
its insulting me. they behaving very rude

I’ve requested Fedbank (porur branch) for preclosing my ongoing property loan (Application form no: 50183) and submitted a request letter on 9th Nov 2021 and they have told it will be actioned within 1 week, but still there was no action taken and the loan interest amount it is getting debited continuously for 2 months, when I called them they are saying it will be done in 2 - 3 days. sometimes there is no response from them, it has been 2 months still no action has been taken from their end for preclosing my loan, Kindly escalate this to next level.

Two days Before Iam Checked your Online FedFina Application and Closure amount was 25529 only. Yesterday iam Going to your branch and Release my Jewel. Your Staffs are Said Closure Amount was 27830. as Of now 2301 excess amount I paided . stil they are not given any receipt. I have all proofs and Video included also and attached below. so I need Correct Explanation from Your Organization. Please be Take Action on Them and Be Truthfully to your Customers.

My sister taking loan in your bank .. they r giving their house property as collateral .. they r taken loan for Digital studio lab .. total amount 4200000 lakh only.. Till September 2019 they r paying their interest without any default.. But after October 2019 they couldn’t pay regularly due to my sister and her husband met accident.. Then lock down started .. After relaxation of lockdown they pay interest minimum amount whenever they get money in hand.. Due to more pressure they r going for One time settlement but their branch never give chance to close . Ur collection agent put my sisters husband in pressure and he tried suicide... pls do the needy action.. pls do sacrifice waiver to close the loan

I Naresh Nagar taken a Gold loan from your Mayur vihar phase-1 Delhi with having G.L. NO. FEDGL[protected], I am submitting the amount of RS. 8, 78, 000/- through RTGS via ref. Or UTR no. KKBKH[protected](on[protected] slip attach for your reference) and also I am balance amount ready to pay through cash. For closing or withdrawal the loan. Same as told by branch staff but no one help in this matter. My family function is nearby and urgently required my gold. I am ready pay the full amount or already pay the amount, so why my gold is not given to me.

I am totally disturbing this type of service.

Kindly provide the reason for my gold is not given to me or not release from your side.

Please look into this matter and provide the solution as soon as possible.
